Rating:Seems to be promoted by "vehicle report scammers".
They'll pretend to want to buy your car, then demand you buy a report from this site, and when you do, they'll vanish and you'll get a worthless report.

Rating:I have someone who will not accept an AutoFacts report and wants the VHR. I will not comply. Told them AutoFacts is suffucient because the VHR site has been identified with scammers.
