They offer a 100% money back guarantee, but the item has to be shipped back to China and the charges cost more than the refund. They advertise: "Our business hours are Monday through Friday, 9AM - 5PM EST

    Our support is available 24/7!

No phone number and no US address. AVOID BIKEDESCENT!!!

Bought two items from them. The FINALLY showed up after I found out they shipped direct from China - had I known up front would never have bought these. Also, the sizing on the products was off. Their 'wonderful' customer service SUCKS! Rarely answer and when they do they are rude! Told me I would have to ship it back to China!!! Stay away from these dirtbags!!!

Yes, I agree with all of these comments. I ordered a pair of biking gloves on June 23, got sent an order # and tracking # on July 3. Tracking # was linked to a carrier called "Whistl" and it was a dead #. I wrote BikeDescent on July 3 and they referred me to their own internal tracking https://bikedescent.bike/pages/track-my-order

The number worked and said on July 3 that order information received by a tracking service called "17Track". There have been no updates since then. I wrote them today asking for a refund but I doubt I will ever hear again

My order was placed on July 13. It is Aug 4 and still no product. No replies from their customer service either. I am contacting American Express for a refund.

Scam, scam, scam!!! I ordered their all-in-one bicycle cleaning kit with 7 cleaning tools that was offered at a sale price of $20. When it finally arrived after 4 long weeks (bad sign), I was surprised to receive only 3 of the tools. When I tried to call them to enquire, I found that they had no telephone number (very bad sign). They finally did answer my email, and said I only ordered the bicycle chain cleaning kit. That is impossible as there was only one price on the webpage, and even my email invoice of the purchase had a picture of the set with all 7 tools. I stated that in my email reply, but did not hear back. Luckily, I made the purchase on my Chase Sapphire card so I called them up and told them the story. It took the rep all of 30 seconds to reverse the charges! So this comment is as much a big thumbs up for Chase Sapphire as it is an even bigger thumbs down for BikeDescent. Take my experience as a big warning.

I concur with all other comments. Over a month after my purchase, after I complained, they sent me the crappy saddle that others have mentioned. There were 5 other items in my order, which I never received. I emailed them several times and they either ignored my emails, or told me to track my order (they never sent me a tracking number), or promised that the order "was on its way." I asked my CC company to reverse the charge, which they did temporarily. Then bikedescent fought it, providing the shipping label for the crappy saddle as proof that they fulfilled my order, even though the stiffed me on two thirds of the order. Now I have to fight my CC company too. In other words, they will go to great lengths to steal your money. This is not just a bad company, it is literally a criminal operation designed to steal your money.
