    Do not use this platform.
    * You are required to open a btrade account.
    * I was told it would be easy to withdraw my funds. This is a lie.
    * They have an online chat program, on their platform site, but nobody monitors it on a daily basis. My first message took 4 days to get a response and the response had nothing to do with my query. Their chat on their home page is more effective.
    * They have an email account for "support". Update, I finally received a reply. Useless and not at all helpful, but a reply nonetheless.
    * They do not have a toll free number. Clients are forced to wait for an unscheduled call within an unreasonable time frame and several days apart if you miss their call.

    * I told them I wanted to keep the minimum funds required to open the account and monitor it's performance.
    * After some correspondence via whatsaapp, email and phone calls, I... Read more
