Rating:Fully agree. Goods are substandard. Getting a refund is impossible. They are a scam. AVOID Epochlan.

Rating:Advertising as a number of different websites offering same dress. Nothing arrives when you pay. Also calls itself Gcrocus.ampngst several others

Rating:I received something but it was definitely not what I ordered. Material was thin cotton and not linen as advertised. Size was dreadful. Shoddy at best. Dont waste your money.

Rating:Don't shop with them. Products are not what they say or look like. I was ripped off. The products arrived and were absolutely shocking. The product was advertised as Linen but was the cheapest cotton that you could shoot peas through them. Tried to get my money back which is totally impossible.!!!!!!!!!
Do NOT buy anything from this website.

Rating:I was disgusted with the item I ordered versus the item I received. The advertised dress looked gorgeous in the photos but was nothing like that when I received it!!!
It was cheap disgusting quality and after 5 attempts at getting a refund I gave up!!! Avoid this website they're 100% absolute crap. 1star rating is way too much

Rating:Terrible quality, Terrible service,. The dress i got was not what i ordered. Wrong size, had a hole in it and the material was awful. And forget about getting a refund.

The Sight looks legit all their products look amazing and then you receive it and it's a piece of junk wrapped up in garbage bags. It is laughable what they were asking for when I asked for my money back. They wanted me to pay for the return packaging wrapped up in the original packaging which was garbage bags literally, no invoice the the jacket was made out of the cheapest fleece material although the photo showed this elegant face of clothing that was fake fur.
And the original price was $120.00 with 50% off for a piece of garbage that I wouldn't even pay five dollars for.. There WERE other option to make me happy, was to send me a voucher of $60 so I can purchase more more junk from them..
Oh and as soon as I purchased the jacket the photo of the jacket disappeared of their site. The whole reply was a joke they trY to intimidate you so you could just forget about trying to get your money back. But thank God for Paypal with their help I will be getting my money back.. These sites should be taken down it is unfair for people to get scanned like this..
Ps in the message they say that they are eco-friendly company that's why they don't like having returns and they want the problem resolved.
Eco-friendly year right! Cheap polyester jacket wrapped up in plastic when delivered.. Don't fall for their tactics, try to get your money back and using PAYPAL is a safe option.. if I can give minus zero stars I would..

Rating:Not a good experience - this is only the second time I have ever bought anything on line. The products arrived 3 1/2 weeks after I ordered them. They were nothing like I was expecting and I emailed to return them. The site indicates it is an Aussie one 'products free delivery in Aus' etc but was told I had to return them to China!! This was after they tried to talk me into buying more after an even bigger discount!! In the end after multiple emails I got a 50% refund only..... it was going to cost the same again to send it to China and I was not game to do that as I was sure it would not make any difference and would probably get lost in the post!! No more internet shopping for clothes for me. I am trying to find a way to get the other 50% back - didn't pay by Paypal .....

Rating:I would give ZERO stars if i could. This is a SCAM online shipping company. I Sent back my item for a refund in JULY, because it looked NOTHING like they advertised. .... it's now September.... still waiting for my money back. Have emailed them many times and they always reply the same 'we will pass your message on', but nothing happens. That still have my money AND my returned item as well. Don't shop with Epochlan - they are a scam company with ZERO customer service, and it's very disappointing
