Rating:Very poor customer service . Does not help in resolving problems . Bought 2 pairs of shoes for $94. Shoes ran small was not informed of this by seller description. After initial contact did not reply again. Offered $15 refund on cost of $94 through PayPal resolution center.

Rating:If i could give a negative 10, i would. I too have been scammed by the $49.99 cute "carved" animals ornaments.
They sent a tracking number that same night. Cannot track via their link, at all. Copied to the USPS tracking box, still shows the same date of order when the tracking label was "created" out of Illinois. Multiple emails have gone unanswered. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THESE SCAMMERS!!

Lower than the scum on the soles of your shoes.
DO NOT fall for any of their advertisements or products, they are fictitious.
I ordered their ornaments, paid in full, and never heard from them again, even after many attempts via email.

Rating:I also bought Christmas ornaments from this "company" on November 11, 2024. I did not receive anything. The tracking number shows that USPS in Los Angeles has been "waiting" for the order since early December. I e-mailed them on January 4 to request refund for the undelivered order. No response. I just e-mailed them again but based on the negative reviews here, I am not likely to get a refund. I will send several more e-mails, just in case ...
