The company tricked me into placing an order I do not want and I have spent over an hour trying to get in touch with them to cancel the order. Don't know if I will hear back from them or not. I was ordering one WLN-KNEE brace for $19.99 with free shipping and somehow an order also went through for 4 more knee braces and pain relief patches and a shipping charge totaling another $85.75!!

It took me 3 days to cancel orders from AmberAtrium. Beware of those ads that pop up on websites for the 70% for WellKnee products, This gets rerouted to a third party in Hong Kong.. Once you go on their site, they confuse the hell out of you by putting up more items that you dont want. Then take the liberties to automaticall withdraw funds from your account. All this was done through PayPal and they assured me I would be reimbursed if the company did not respond ( They have not.).

Scam. I ordered some medical product from them and was charged for additional items. Couldn't cancel the order and the excuse was that it was already shipped. Went through Paypal which helped. They gave back part of the payment, the rest had to be a fight of emails before they would reimburse me, but not the shipping. They also created a autoship without my authorization, Paypal canceled it. shipping it back.. I'll see if they pay the rest back.

Ordered 1(ONE) knee brace for $19.95. The company added 14 pain patches for an additional $15.00 without my consent or knowledge. They added a package of 4 knee braces for $70.80 without my consent or knowledge as well as a package 2 knee braces for $45.85, also without my consent or knowledge. These added ordered were not discovered until the transaction went through my PayPal acct. I tried disputing this order with my CC acct, also with PayPal ( to pay for the original $19.95 order). I spent several hours trying to reach Amberatrium.com and found an address: 6704 Myrtle Ave, Ste #500, Glendale, NY 11385 but no phone #. FRAUD, FRAUD, FRAUD!!!!! Thsy deserve a negative 10 rating, imho.

Scam !!! Order "3 energized tea bags" for 47$ and somehow charged for another 60$ for another 3 bags, no email of order and contact information,
    so you can't cancel order.
Paypal dispute clised by the reason already shipped... 5 minutes after ordered.

I too ordered 1 wellnee, but received 1 and another 4 and was charged for all 5. I emailed them and told them I didn't want them as they are made in China and I will NEVER buy Anything from them again. After about 3 emails back and forth they told me to send them to an address but it has to be within 30 days. Well I I didn't have the extra 20$ to put the braces in the mail so 40 days after I received them I sent them and they emailed me back and said Sorry it wasn't in the allotted time frame and too bad. I have made a claim with PayPal. But what they do is send Amberatrium my claim I gave PayPal. I just got a message from PayPal saying that Amberatrium wrote me back. They are acting like they have sent me the braces and that all they can do for me is give me a 40%discount. In the initial claim to PayPal I told them I was filing a claim with the internet fraud at the FBI. Which I did. If you all would like to do the same go to complaint_ic3.gov. Wellnee or Amberatrium owes me $105.40!!! Fixing to get PayPal in trouble too!

They now have my money and the 5 knee braces plus my 20$ return postage!!!! Go to the FBI cyber site I listed above. Lets get these Chineas Jerks!!!!!
