Rating:This website is a scam! They pretend to sell high-end brands like https://www.ralph-lauren.com.se, but the '-' in the URL shows it's a fake. I made a purchase and had a terrible experience with their so-called 'customer service' (customercare@followingservice.com). They lie, give false information, and eventually stop responding altogether. I lost $70, and they basically stole my money. Stay away from this fraudulent site!

Rating:Same here. My wife put an order of 40 usd in January 2025. The parcel has not been delivered after one month. Their "tracking site" says that they cannot reach me to deliver the package, because the phone is off, which is not true. Also, a contact mail of customercare@followingservice.com cannot receive any mails, so, I cannot contact them.

Habe meine Ware niemals erhalten und Geld verloren.
In der Paketnachverfolgung soll ich die Ware bereits erhalten haben. Alles gelogen.

Rating:I have ordered and paid for a pair of sunglasses. The wrong tracking number was sent. I sent them a message and they said sorry if you want us to resend the order and I accepted it. It has been a while without any update on the order's shipping number. I sent them another message saying that if they don't respond I will file a complaint of electronic fraud.

Rating:Company has very poor communication. It says it will ship with FedEx/USPS.... Everytime I tried to track there it said invalid tacking number or pkg not found. You don't get the emails promised about tracking numbers, shipment confirmation. If there was honesty from the beginning that it was coming from China.... I found another company that will ship next day within the US. I should've investigated a little more. When you finally get the CORRECT shipping provider, you can see movement. I disputed with PayPal and luckily got my money back. Within a couple of hours the company emailed me to ask me to please cancel dispute and pay... I said MAYBE if I ever even get my product!
