Rating:I have not received my package. The website did not say they were from China. I have waited over a month and still have not received my order I have not found anyway to contact them.

Rating:I ordered, I paid and got no product.
They tell me it's been delivered, but it hasn't.
They are thieves and definitely not an American company.
Do not order from them.

Rating:Also ordered a package and did not receive it. Cust service states they delivered and I presented them with informed delivery history as proof and still did not want to refund. Scam company.

Rating:I am currently trying to find my parcel. Sproutspruce claim it was delivered on 16th feb, but it wasn't. So they are asking me to prove that i don't have it? How?
They will not provide me with the courier used so i can't contact them. No refund, no parcel. Don't use this company
