Misleading on product detail, plus cheaply made, bought glass stained book stack, not like picture shown. Swithch falls out, dimensions not as stated. Junk. Then they take your debit card number and do unauthorized transactions where bank has to block. Have to get a new card hassle. Warning ⚠️ Dont do business with this company

    different than what I got

Purchased the stain glass stack of books. Not as advertised, plastic cheap not at all as desribed. Tried to return nothing but a headache. Same as above, policy is to return unopen. Not possible if you need to see the item.
I wish I read these reviews first. Don't get roped in, stay away!!

I ordered the revolving/levitating moon lamp. What eventually arrived was NOTHING LIKE the product on their website for $79.99. It was half the size and DOES NOT levitate as advertised. False advertising. From reading other reviews on these con artists it doesn't sound like contacting the company will have any effect. A writeoff of 79 bucks (not including the shipping charges). I would NEVER buy from these scammers again.

Bought the floating lamp- complete scam- it didn't float, and when I tried to process a return, "James Cole" required me to pay for the shipping to send the item back, and then they refused to accept it because it wasn't in the same shipping box it came in and claimed it was in their return policy that the item must be returned in its original shipping material. Total scam. Reporting to BBB.

I've spent the last 5 days going back and forth with "James Cole" regarding the "levitating moon lamp" that I paid $79.99 for. Just like the others before me, I received a lamp that doesn't use magnets to "float", it uses magnets to connect the moon-shaped ball to the base. I found a similar product on Temu for $8. James Cole told me NO ONE ELSE HAS HAD AN ISSUE WITH THE PRODUCT. Well that's OBVIOUSLY A LIE given the other reviews here. Beware, he will try to gaslight you and spin you in circles until you give up.

Also I couldn't find this company on the BBB's website. I'd stay far far far away.

RUN, DON'T WALK, AWAY FROM THESE SCAMMERS! Total calculating phonies, who routinely engage in deceptive and unfair trade practices, attempt to impose nonexistent terms and conditions, make numerous misstatements based on incompetence, as well as malicious intent, continue to talk in circles, lie directly to you over and over again, attempt to defend the defenseless related to their POS defective products, and string you along for weeks wasting your time with the idea you will eventually give up (which most consumers do). Every state has consumer laws intended to prevent companies like this from engaging in deceptive and unfair trade practices. They are apparently too callous and/or stupid to understand how they violate the law in virtually every state in the country.

And look out for JAMES COLE, the "Customer Service" representative, the epitome of unprofessional and untrustworthy. Unusual Joy sells this POS gyroscope (or torque ball as they also call it) for multiple prices for the same product depending on which platform you see it. It costs twice as much depending on where you happen to purchase it from. I purchased it from the twice as much site displayed on Facebook (just under $60 for the same item you can buy for half the price from this POS company).

Then if you purchase a defective product, which there are many of and they are well aware of the defects, you will then get jerked silly by a manipulative idiot like Cole. They do everything imaginable to avoid what they... Read more

THIS COMPANY LIES! Website states, "Forever returns. If you don't love it, return it... any time." I HATE the item I purchased. The sea glass Christmas tree took three weeks to get here...due to the fact that it was shipped directly from China and had to clear customs! It isn't sea glass, it is resin and very small. This is what James Cole stated in his email to me. "We understand that you are not satisfied with your recent purchase and would like to return it. However, we have a policy that prohibits the return of opened or used merchandise, which you agreed to at the time of purchase." I'm putting this everywhere I can. This company should be shut down!

We also were scammed by the supposed levitating moon lamp. Same story as told above by others who fell for their deception. James Cole just gives you the run around when you write to them. Its a total scam!

Zero stars. Didn't ship. Asked for a refund. Apologized, said it shipped. Never came. Asked again for a refund, they say it's shipped. Absolutely ridiculous. It's been 3 months and I still don't have a product or a refund.
