Rating:We were promised an immediate response from a veterinarian and were told to pay up. We contacted this service because at that hour of the evening, we could not find a real in-person veterinarian who would see our pet. We waited hours and hours after paying for a callback. When we did get a callback, we were told to go see a veterinarian. Meanwhile, our beloved pet died. This is a scam!!!

Rating:Yes, definitely a scam. They tell you to go to my account to cancel but there is no "my account", no address and no phone number to contact them. Meanwhile they charge your credit card $39 every month. rating -1

Rating:I asked one question and it was indicated that there would be $5.00 refundable fee. I was charged $44.00 and when I called the help desk a very rude and angry technician told me I signed up for a membership even though I did not and refused to listen to me and told me he is the expert on this not me? I went on their chat site and received the same answer for all they asked me for my credit card info again so they could help me. I did file a fraudulent charge and hope to at least get my money back and I cannot find how to cancel any membership they acharged me for.

Rating:This site is a fraud! They take advantage of vulnerable people who are concerned or frightened for their beloved pets.
My elderly mother called them, they charged her $2 for the call then another $42 in the following month, there was no approval for either charge or a subscription.
I have had to cancel her credit card to stop the payments, be very weary people.

Rating:I as well fall for this scam! Seeking professional consultation regarding my sick dog, I have to pay $5 up front for a 3 min call to a so called "vet" telling me I need to bring my dog in. Afterwards I was charged $44... A month later I was charged again for $44. I had to call my bank and filed a fraud report which thankfully my bank was able to get my all of my money back.
