Rating:I purchased off Oz-wise and the item was not as described. I purchased a bamboo mattress topper and it was flat. I even let it sit for hours on the bed before making it to see if it would rise and it didn't. I have tried contacting the company 4 times now to no avail. Would def not buy from them again. Now the 14 days refund no questions asked has passed and I've wasted $E200

Rating:I bought a projector which has very poor focus. I have been trying to arrange a return but they are not cooperating at all. Just delaying and asking the same information over and over again. DO NOT BUY FROM OZ -WISE.

Rating:I purchased a mattress topper. It wasnot as described. Will not puff up is fkat as a pancake and i doubt bamvoo. Also has a strsnge smell even after a day airing on line. A waste of money. I eont be sleeping on it who knows what toxic chemicals Im inhaling. Pretend to be an Australian company but it is all junk from China. No one replies to emails.

Rating:I bought a mattress topper. The ad was a scam - saying it was an Australian business closing down, I didn't realise until after purchase that I was on the Ozzie's site. The topper was meant o to 100% bamboo, but what arrived was microfibres, with o wise brand, from China. Not a single thing was as advertised.

Rating:Ozwise Australia are scammers! I purchased a product that never came, they blocked me fro their Facebook page and my email, the person was Chris Hamilton, if that's his real name, kept my credit card details then went into my credit card and drew out more money, that's fraud!! Do not trust this Company has no abn no phone number just a lot of BS, has been reported to scam watch and other authorities

they send you cheap nasty crap that is not what you ordered.. in savaged packaging, then refuse to assist you. Dodgy person "Chris Hamilton" replies and asks you to return product, and will refund when "You close PayPal case" against them! Well, that won't be happening and PayPal can take damage control to protect us, as they are aware of this terrible scam company and STILL continue to let them trade and use PayPal to pay!
