Product is nothing more than a laser pointer (high powered), does not do what the adds show. Batteries will not come through customs, as it ships from China so you'll have to buy 18650 rechargeable battery and charger.

I just had the exact same experience. Received a bag of silver tips/caps and the laser but no batteries (high powered required, $43.99 on Amazon, nor the protective glasses or box. I'm currently reaching out to the seller but wish I'd seen this site first. Will never purchase anything on social media without first determining more about they seller

I ordered a power max laser from them on 3/23/20. As of today, 3/31/20, my credit card has been charged but I have not received the laser and haven't even gotten a purchase order number or tracking number for the order. I wrote several emails and was told it was shipped. The laxt email said it was delayed because of COVID-19. I told them to cancell the order, they didn't even acknowledge that.

This took several months to arrive. When it did, it contained a small bag of interchangeable laser pointer tips and a cheaply made aluminum shell with no battery, nor any instructions on what type it uses (it's not a standard type at all....an 18650...which is expensive). Complete waste of time and money.

I received my Laser yesterday. It took quite a while to receive it, long enough that I had basically written it off, but happy to say it did arrive. I received the Laser, 5 lenses only. No box, no battery, no instruction or warning, no nothing. However, in fairness, the ad only showed me receiving the Laser, which is what I received. It would have been nice to add a note that said requires xyz battery.
I have no battery and trying desperately to find one. Heck, I want to play with it. I'm happy so far.

I bought a NAXEDPRO flashlight, I received a flashlight that won't turn on. Do not believe in the 100% satisfaction guarantee. It's worthless. I have been trying for 4 months to get a replacement flashlight. It a joke. They want proof that it doesn't work. Send video, they send my replacement flashlight to someone in Bloomington,Illinois(I live in New York). There shipping departments fault. I complained and they told me I'm s.o.l.

Waited forever to get the lasers. Came in bag with the laser and tips. No batteries or instructions. Looks like a cheap toy that you would get from dollar store. Very disappointed. I am going to try to email this company.

Same experience as others. Was sent a green laser that doesn't even feel warm to the skin and certainly cannot cut tape, pop a balloon, or light a match. No battery or glasses as advertised. NOTHING was as advertised. They advertise and scam via Instagram.

Fulminaxed is a scam 100%. They advertise that their product comes with battery and accessories. When after a month of waiting you finally get your package, you discover that it's only half your order. Among other things, the advertised rechargeable battery is missing, making the product unusable. When you email them, they just tell you they won't send a battery, you'll have to buy it yourself for $20. No apology, no offer to refund the cost of the battery (which you were charged for). Just "yeah, we're not sending that, cheers!" False advertising, fraud and theft. Stay away from these disgusting pieces of sh*t.

(Note: according to Reddit, those who got the product working - after buying batteries themselves - found it cheaply made and underwhelming.)

Ordered a gray Fulminaxed laser and received a gold one. Very thin aluminum shell with (5) plastic screw-in lenses. Just like everyone else, took way too long to receive. No battery, charger or case like what was advertised. Just a little pissed-off right now, more mad at myself for spending what I did for this stupid thing. A cool gadget if it were real. 53 years old and still getting suckered into giving money to dishonest people. Welcome to 2020 fellow dumbasses!

Of the 5 items described in the package I ordered, I received 1 of the items. Fulminaxed's response was "we can not guarantee delivery of the entire package".... Actually they do, they advertise a "guaranteed delivery to every country" right on their website. I have a 23 email thread with fulminaxed@gmail.com but have had no luck resolving the issue and now they have stopped responding to my emails. Do not buy anything from these scammers!

Same as everyone else. Received only the lazer shell. There were no batteries or blue lens, only a bag full of green. The lazer does nothing more than one from the DOLLAR STORE! "Pure, 100% SCAM!" I guess you can say that we all got >>> FULMINAXED >>> And, to the maximum!

Paid, waited 3 months for delivery (had given up), when I got it, it had a return address of:

    Peter
    148-08 Guy R. Brewer Blvd.
    Jamaica, NY 11434

Needless to say, it shipped from China I believe, and came with 1. no instructions, 2. no colored glass and 3. no battery or how or where you can get the batteries. I use it as a paperweight since its useless otherwise.

We have they real address and real phone number and the Bastards name, also they have a service through privacy protection small website. We called our bank ( Chase ) and told them everything and you bet their handling it! ( we recalled truthfinder exploiting him??) And maybe the editor of this site can email us for those that want there real info.

My story is the same as others. They sent me the laser pointer that I understand does not do anything close to what is advertised. It took them about 60 days to get me my item and they blamed the delay on COVID 19. When I emailed them, they told me to go out and buy a rechargeable battery! I asked to return it and they refused stating their cancellation policy is one hour after ordering. So I told them I would contact AMEX, look to get a refund and will be happy to return their product when they are ready to share an address for the return. Just off the phone with AMEX who credited my account right away.

I have the same problem. I got the laser and lenses. No batteries or charger. You can get the batteries from walmart. I did and the laser works just fine. the charger you can get from walmart also but they do not have in store. You can order it from them online. This company is bullshit. It took me 3 months to get with a lot of nasty emails. But the batteries and charger are not expensive like the websites show. Go to walmart!!!

Same issue as others. 2 months to the day after ordering to receive. Site says 5-7 days or something in u.s. Only got the laser body and lenses. No box, battery, glasses, or charger. Exchanged emails for about a month, basically called a liar. Bought a battery and the only things it "burns" are black plastic things, bags, etc. Wish I'd have done more research on this scam company. Disputed with my cc company, supposedly being handled. I guess anyone can advertise on FB/IG with no repercussions for false advertisement or anything else? Guess i know my next business venture.

I can’t believe all these reviews! How am I the only person to receive a very solid, DANGEROUS laser!? Mine was in a nice case, batteries, charging cord and detailed instructions although most in Chinese. People I would try again. Yes I had to wait the standard 3 months and Yes I received the same response from Fabio and Asthencia but I honestly feel terrible. When I put the batteries in, unfortunately it was switched on. The laser was scorching within seconds. My parrot was watching me and was in the wrong spot. RIP Polley. Clean cut across the skull. He never felt a thing. I immediately threw Polly in the trash and cut off the neighbor’s dogs tail, legs and ears for shitting on my petunias! He just howled rolled around then zap laser between the eyes. Blew out the back of his head! Point is. THEY DEFINITELY GUARANTEED SATISFACTION. SORRY EVERYONE ELSE.

These guys are a scan. I received a light about 2 months ago, it didn't work, I've been trying for the last 2 months to get it replaced. I sent an email asking for a refund or replacement about every 2 weeks but all the answers I get are like auto generated? Stay away from these guys.
