I put in an order, the only way to pay them was with Paypal so I did.

After a week I checked my status on the order and it was still pending.

I messaged them and still have not heard from them, so I asked for them to cancel the order and went to PayPal and filed a dispute against them.

I will never use them again and would like to warn everyone else to stay away from this site.

Looks like I may be getting the same treatment. Emails to the account linked through Paypal and messages to customer service go unanswered. I will wait until Friday and I will contact Paypal. This is what I get for attempting to save a few bucks. Could have paid extra and got it from Ebay in USA.

Me too! ordered an item and never received order confirmation email, tracking #, etc... They NEVER replied to any emails. I'm having to file a PayPal dispute/claim to recover 100% of my money back from them. I should have known and listened to my suspicions. It is obvious it is a scam, first clues were: the money went to: xiaorong wang w/email: kenglin724huangt8@163.com.

Some Chinese scam artist. The webpage background was all Christmas-type wallpaper... I'm sure the site was setup to scalp the massive Christmas shopping surge. STAY AWAY!!!!

Like what happened to me, I asked for spare parts for the Yamaha Banshee on January 9, 2020 and it arrived almost on February 25, 2020 and instead they sent me a fake ring. And I sent them a request to send the metric parts, they said, they will refund n 5% of the value of the pieces. I do not recommend dealing with this untrustworthy site
