Rating:Awful. Accidentally fell for the free trial signup, I cant figure out how to cancel it. Awful.

Rating:I accidentally signed up, cancelled at the ONLY contact given that was a dodgy email. Was still billed the subscription of $199US. That amount isn't even on the website! Appealed through paypal but refused as the transaction itself was fine. But they have another identical site called ALTOOLKIT which does charge $199US. Both owned by Yangtze. Biggest scam of a company.
No confirmation email telling you how to cancel, no receipt unless you search Paypal. No communication at all.
Can't believe I got suckered in.

Rating:I canceled my 7 day trial a few days in to the email on their website as instructed. They did not cancel and they charged me anyway. I've emailed them three times and have no response.
