Very bad trust score : Warning, only for advanced users!

I did NOT receive what I ordered for “$39.99”, I am very upset. I ordered a 3 in 1 vacuum/mop that supposedly self-cleans. I did not receive this at all. Instead I received a very cheaply made robot vacuum that specifically states “do not get wet” on manual, and does not have a self-cleansing feature, does not mop as advertised (even though it’s it the title of the product). Bottom line is, I want a complete refund. I received a cheaply made product not worth attempting to use. WISH could have done a better job!
