Rating:I ordered an ornament. They sent the wrong one. I emailed them and sent them a picture and they said it was my fault. Would not recommend to anyone.

Rating:I doubted them due to the negative reviews I saw online, and even began a dispute process with Paypal, as I ordered beforehand. Oddly enough, they contacted me directly, reassured me they were not a scam, so I chose to let it ride, and the item I ordered arrived, just as requested and agreed upon today. I was unable to track its shipping, most likely due to traveling internationally, but as I promised them, I am writing a positive review because I did in fact get what I asked for. Bear in mind this is just reflecting my interaction and may not be the norm.
