Rating:Ordered art supplies that their site said were in stock in the US. But they actually shipped from China. My info is from a tracker they provided with order confirmation. My package allegedly arrived at a partner warehouse in Illinois 11 days after my order was acknowledged and sat there for 6 days before being sent to another (as yet unidentified) partner warehouse, arriving the following day. Each update noted that the USPS was awaiting the package to complete the delivery. Have tried twice to get an answer from their "support" email, but have not even an acknowledgement. I'll contest the charge with my credit card company, but sure wouldn't order anything from them again.
