Rating:I bought 20 lotus seeds from this website last September. Ten of them survived and are now planted in my pond. They have grown enough to bloom now!

Rating:Order placed 3/22, today is 5/2 & their tracking shows delivered yet I have nothing & they will not reply to my attempts to contact them - yup, I fell for it.
*I have also checked in with my postal carrier to see if he recalls delivering it (NOPE) & also spoke with the Post Master at our local office.

Rating:Placed an order, says it was delivered and there's nothing. Contacted my local postal service and they haven't seen or received same tracking number. I asked for a refund and was told they completed delivery service so I can only get back 20 percent of my money. Bull crap. Please stay away. There prices are too good to be true and I fell for it.

Rating:6 weeks later received my order. Ordered 4 items. Only the lotus seeds look legit. The other 3 are supposed to be three very different plants (blueberry, pawpaw tree, and mini bell peppers) but all the seeds are identical and don't look at all like what they are supposed to be. Pawpaw seeds are supposed to be very large, and 1-2 inches long. These are very small and flat. I haven't a clue what any of them really are.

Rating:same as others here - placed order - track and trace did not work, but got a working link after contacting customer service (they were helpful so they get a star). Now it has been 'delivered', on a saturday at 9 pm... first, our postal service does not deliver on saturdays and definitely not at 9 pm. They do not recognise the track and trace number... probably been duped...

Rating:Ordered from this company in May 2024 never received the package when I sent a email to them they where like sorry contact USPS to file a claim when I kept pressing they offered a 30% refund as they had no re-placement products and could not send me more yet their sire continues to offer them. The the asked that I provide proof that I ordered which was attached to each reply I sent now they sent me a copy of the shipping label that said it was for 2.00 in ointment not seeds. This is very fishy….
