Rating:First, I bought a 50 gallon electric water heater. The took the payment as a guest but I didn't received a confirmation email and then I thought It might take a few hours to get to my inbox. And then I created an account and bought a 2 ton unit and air return. Still not showing in my order like I didn't pay for anything. I will request a refund to my bank. Don't buy on this website. I still didn't get the confirmation emails.
