Rating:Don't buy in Daisda they are thieves, they took my money, they sent me a cloth worse than the one I use to clean the floor of my house. 😡😡😡

Rating:I ordered a dress for my daughter's prom from Daisa and paid a $50 rush fee to ensure it arrived on time. Unfortunately, the shipment was delayed by more than a week, and we received the dress the day after prom, which was incredibly disappointing.
When I contacted Daisa about the delay, they initially refused to take the dress back and didn't want to return the rush fee. After several frustrating conversations, they finally agreed to refund the rush fee but suggested my daughter could wear the dress to another function. This suggestion was not helpful, as the dress was specifically chosen for her prom.
The entire experience was stressful and disappointing. The company's lack of accountability and poor customer service made the situation even worse. Despite the rush fee refund, I am left with a dress that my daughter never got to wear for the intended occasion.
I would not recommend buying from this company due to their unreliable shipping and unhelpful customer service. Save yourself the hassle and look elsewhere for your special occasion needs.
