Rating:website looks great, but i think its a scam. Phone number doesnt work. chat doesnt work. Ordered but never got a tracking email..

Rating:Ordered but never received a confirmation email. I contacted them via email and chat regarding the order because the website indicated that it had been placed “on hold.” Both responses were identical and indicated that there was an issue with their “Payment Gateway” and that my credit card had not been charged. Three weeks after the order, my credit card (which had not been used elsewhere in months) had a fraudulent charge of over $300. After locating other reviews online, it is apparent that I am not the only one who had fraudulent charges on their credit card after ordering from Vitneo.

Rating:My husband ordered something. Never got a confirmation email, never got the order and never got charged for it but then a short time later we had fraudulent charges on our card. It's definitely a scam to steal your card information.

Rating:placed an order and received a confirmation email with my order #. The next day the order was cancelled by them. I researched and found nothing but negative reviews.
I locked my credit card and wrote them asking about the cancellation and received this response.
We apologize for the inconvenience caused. We are currently experiencing a Payment Gateway issue on our website which has prevented your order from being processed. No money has been debited from your card. We are working to resolve the issue as soon as possible and will email you once it has been resolved. Thank you for your patience.
I have cancelled my card. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS SCAM COMPANY.

Rating:DO NOT order from this website. It’s a scam. Tried ordering Fairlife protein shakes about a month ago and my transaction was immediately cancelled after I ordered. Last week my card info got stolen and someone in Florida tried charging $105.00 to my card. Should’ve done my research on this site. Lesson learned. But take it from me and don’t order from here unless you want to get your credit card stolen.
