what I ordered is not what I got! I have went round and round with this company. I ordered a $40 product and received something completely different that probably cost $10. They will not honor money back guarantee and now their email does not exist.

Yes it's a scan and Paypal is not backing me... I ordered a twisted flat/wave hair iron and received a basic flat iron you can purchase for ten bucks at any dollar tree... pissed off.

I paid for the delivery of VIP 3-7 days. I was waiting for my order for a month and a half. They sent me not at all what I ordered. Awful site. Liars. Cheaters. Never order anything from this site.

Ordered an item from Facebook video. Received completely different product. The seller is not honouring their own return and shipping policies. Moreover, PayPal dispute is sided with this scam and fraudulent company. Terrible. Do not use!!!

Same with all the other reviews, what I ordered is not what I got. I tried to email their provided email, but the inbox was full so it could not be delivered. I decided to try again, I was put through to support. The person working for this company advised me that "their store has multiple kinds of straighteners" and that "I need to ignore the description on the website". The description SHOULD MATCH the website. Needless to say I was disgusted when they did not offer a full refund, only 30% and that this was a "special offer for me". I have declined this refund as I should receive a full refund and I am disgusted that they are putting the blame on me for ordering the wrong item. Why would I do such a thing?! And the description says it's a curler! Why would you send me a straightener! I am appalled and disgusted and I hope they are put out of business. I have advised them that I will be reporting all their Instagram ads moving forward.
