Can anyone tell me if it's safe?

It`s not safe, it`s a scam. A fee is required to withdraw money from the balance for the first time, while on the other marketplaces the withdrawal fee is automatically deducted from the balance.

Opennfttrades is a scam. They took $19015 from me. I am an Artist and someone on Instagram, Kimberly_castro, reached out and asked me to buy my artworks as NFT. She wanted me to mint them on opennfttrades.com

Every thing was ok until I started to withdraw the profit which was $32702 and they asked for $2702 withdrawal fee. When I paid they didn’t completed the withdrawal and asked for $2.2 eth which was supposed to be refundable. Although I didn’t want to pay, they pushed me to pay. Again they didn’t complete the withdrawal and told me because it has been declined two times boosters are required which was 1.9 eth and refundable. This time they told me they want to add the refundable to my balance and it increased to $43231 which means new withdrawal fee, $4231. I paid but they never processed the withdrawal and now they ask for 1.8 eth to upgrade my accounts.
