I am having trouble with Batebee. They sent me incorrect item. When I asked for refund or correct item they offered me an $8 refund on nearly $40 purchase and said if I wanted correct item I would first have to send back incorrect item and wait 2-3 months for the correct one.

same response to me, they are not to be trusted at all. Think they can just send anything that doesn't even resemble the goods ordered and then offer $5 compensation
