Rating:Customers have reported negative experiences with the website Diyushome.com. One user claims the site is a scam, having lost £40 on a grandson's birthday present. Despite receiving a tracking number, the order was never delivered, and the company did not respond to emails. The customer initially believed the site was based in the US but later found out that the shipping originated from China.
Another reviewer agrees that the website is a scam, with their suspicions being confirmed by China Post when inquiring about their order. They, too, thought they were purchasing from a US site and only discovered it was shipping from China after receiving the tracking number. Another user warns that the site is fake and that the products do not exist and will never be delivered. These reviews suggest that Diyushome.com has left customers dissatisfied with their services, with issues such as unresponsive customer support and undelivered orders.

Rating:Scam site! Out of pocket £40 for grandsons birthday present. No reply to emails and no delivery even though given tracking number says it was delivered. Thought it was a US site but shipping came from China, which only came to light when I first looked into tracking parcel. NOT A HAPPY CHAPPIE. Stear well clear is my advice! Not even worth one star!

Rating:Totally agree with Alf. Definitely a scam site confirmed by China Post when asked what had happened to my order. Thought I was buying from a US site and only found out it was coming from China when I got the tracking number. Only worth 1 star as I cannot go negative.
