Ordered film scanner - not received. It seems the scarf or knee support are the common items delivered instead. In my case it was the knee support. I contacted their customer support and after a few emails, I was informed that it was a mistake by a packer, who had offered to give me a 30% refund out of his own money. Complete scam site

Rating:I also ordered film scanner - it did not arrive - i did receive a USB fan heater ??? - don't know who or where it came from.

Rating:I bought a scanner for photos on 12/5/22 ? Never received it but they took my money!! I contacted customer service ?
