Rating:I ordered a D&D themed t-shirt through the website. I realized I had put in the wrong size and tried to cancel it, almost immediately. To cancel, they send you an email that you have to respond to in 24hrs. I got the cancelation request email, but almost immediatly after, got another email saying because I didn't cancel in time, the purchase would still go through. I put in a support ticket through their website and got a response that they would change the size to what I needed it to be. A while later, I got the product.
Long story short, they're a little sketchy if you need to cancel, but I did get the product ordered.

Rating:I don't think this is a legit company. They sent me a tracking notice and item sat in label printing stage ever since.There is a "tracker" of your order on their site and that tracker said it was printed, packaged and shipped due to arrive by a November 27. That has long since passed and item still in label printed stage. Emailed and they said shirt itself not even printed yet, let alone packaged and sent. When I sent a screenshot of their own order tracking that showed item packed and sent, they changed that tracker in their next email to me and told me again "item is in production." I tried to find an address for the company. There is no known address. Put their business phone number into Google and it popped up several different below board company names, so everything about this is suspicious.
