hard to imagine they sell a lot of stuff out of a 1279sq ft lot.

Rating:I spent two hours doing my best to VERIFY that this was/is not a SCAM and only ran into more and more suspicious facts.
1-The SF location on the current website is a small residential house (as mentioned above).
2-The phone number on the current website is "not in service".
3-The person at the online chat while aiming to be reassuring is anything and everything EXCEPT reassuring.
4-Upon googling "Sluvoo" further I found another similarly suspicious location and phone number, this time in Mobile AL. Called the number and got a guy who would not or could not tell me the name of the company I was calling, then strangely tried to imply that I was the problem, as I was asking him to tell me instead of me telling him who I was calling.
5-Additionally, I eventually got another active number from the "chat-person", named L,MAYA on the chat section and called that number and was similarly not impressed or reassured in any way by the man who answered the phone. As much as I hoped it was true, I definitely will not send them any money for any product.

Rating:I ordered a nice gazebo. They got my money from my credit card. There was an automatic reply that says they are processing it. After ten days of waiting for their tracking number, I felt curious that something is wrong. I called their number from their website +1 (415) 651-6432 but no one was answering. I tried to chat online but no more response too. I sent an email that I took from their website (contact@sluvoo.com) but no response also. After a few days days, I decided to dispute the charge at my credit card company. They are now investigating it and will try to recover my money. IT'S A SCAM!
