Rating:fashionessentialss.com is a fraudulent web site. I ordered on 9-24-2022 @ was sent a fraudulent invalid tracking number cant get any information on my order. It is very fake.

Rating:This site is a SCAM. I placed 2 orders and the fake tracking system indicated the order was delivered at a time I sat at the window waiting to receive the order. No one responds to the fake customer service email address. I am trying to put this information out any and everywhere I can.

Rating:I’m really upset right now . I wish I’d have seen these warnings earlier. My email said my 2 pairs of boots were delivered last Friday . I was home all day & nothing. Finally got in touch with USPS just to find it was all a scam!

Rating:On 9/24 I ordered 3 pairs of boots . I followed the tracking # theirs and the USPS numbered assigned. I never received them. However the P.O. says they were delivered to the wrong address and they are searching for them. I wrote the company an email with order number and they responded by saying they would refund my money within 7 to 10 days. They answered my request in 1 day. So will wait and see.

Rating:I ordered 3 coats from fashionessentialss.com in November expecting them to arrive by Christmas. Fashionessentialss sent me a tracking number, and I've checked and checked. I missed one day of checking and it told me my package was delivered to my mailbox. Low and behold there was a box 6 inches by 3 inches in my mailbox. Of course the US postal service picked up the package in California and placed their label over the original. I tried taking it off to see the original tracking number and I could read the 1st 9 numbers which matched the tracking number I was sent. You could see that I ordered 3 of something on that label. Instead of coats, there was a ring box, and a cheap ring that is adjustable in the ring box. It said I had purchased the ring. Most likely cost about 1 dollar. I never ordered a ring. I ordered 3 parka's, one for me, one for my sis, and one for my niece. The company fashionessentialss had no intention of sending the jackets at all. They did send the cheap ring so that I had something to track and I'm just out the money that I sent for them. I've emailed them over and over to no avail. This is a warning to each and every person that does online ordering that their package will never arrive.
