Rating:SCAM. I purchased access to a course (as one-off lifelong access) but Mindcloud also automatically signed me up "7 day trial period" of for ongoing $79.95 per month subscription. I tried to cancel on the same day, and the website said it couldn't cancel and had to wait until the following day. After that, I tried to cancel repeatedly through the website, it gave a confirmation but then still showed up in my account setting as 'Active account, next payment due on X date'.
I then sent emails prior to the date, and requested cancellation. I just received an email confirming money was withdrawn for the subscription, which I did not take out, and my 'receipt' attached.
The phone number is not real either and doesn't go through. SCAM.

Rating:This is a scam. I just wanted the trial version. I tried to email them at hello@mindcloud.club, but I got no response and they ended up charging me $75 (That is the amount that I have to pay per month for a subscription to learn how to sing). I ended up cancelling my credit card, and they are still sending me notices to pay monthly. Even though I emailed them many times to cancel my account, which they have not responded to or done.
