    Rating:

Users of the website Smithspicks.com have expressed strong dissatisfaction with their experiences. Many customers describe the site as a scam, with some having issues canceling their orders even after doing so within minutes of placing them. The products sold on the site, particularly orthopedic shoes, are often criticized for their poor quality and incorrect sizing. Multiple users mentioned receiving cheaply made slippers instead of the advertised orthopedic shoes, with little to no support.

Customer service seems to be a major issue, with many users reporting difficulties in contacting the company and getting any assistance. Users have had trouble getting refunds, often receiving offers of only partial refunds or being asked to ship the items back to China at their own expense.

In addition to the issues with product quality and customer service, some users noted that they found the same products available on other platforms such as Amazon and Walmart at much lower prices. Overall, Smithspicks.com has received overwhelmingly negative reviews, and potential customers are advised to be cautious when considering purchasing from the site.

Did a Google Lens search and all of these shoes are available via Walmart & Amazon much cheaper and does not mention any of the "orthopedic" benefits that this site is declaring. Do not shop here!

Would give them negative stars if possible. Total scam…I agree with Michelle, product is cheaply made and look like they were purchased from a dollar store. Customer service is pretty much non existent.

The product is cheaply made and is not sized correctly. They will not let me return even after I jumped through all their hoops. I would not purchase anything else from them. This website should be shut down so they can't take money from any more people.

Awful. They won’t issue a refund - I have to ship it back to China and lose all my money. they give you another option to get an instant 10% refund and keep the item. … don’t use this company.

Don’t order from this company! I tried to cancel my order within minutes of placing the order. I wish I had read these comments first. They would not cancel my order so it’s on the way from China. I’m sure they will not refund me my money and I doubt seriously it’s going to be real Ugg boots.

DFO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THID COMPANY! I’ve been dealing with them for over a month to get a refund but they are not cooperative at all. I cancelled my order within minutes of placing it but they ignored it and two days later shipped out the shoes. They were in an Uggs ad but they are not Ugg shoes. I’m still waiting but they still won’t reply.

Same situation on the Uggs but we used a credit card and disputed it right away, so no money lost. Even though I canceled the order a month ago, we got the fake shoes today and threw them away. By the way they are a Shopify web-store and I have emailed Shopify to report the fraudulent site. I recommend everyone do the same so they will shut it down!! Smithspicks is simply stealing from people!

I was looking for a specific style UGG shoe, which brought me to their website. All the other stores were sold out. This store is a total scam shop! These are not UGGS, and the email correspondence has been horrible. Not helpful at all! I've filed a chargeback with my bank.

I wish i had seen this site sooner. I just got ripped off $139 for fake Uggs. They give a US address but sent me crappy knock-off boots in a zip lock bag. They stink of mildew and they refuse to give me a refund. They want me to keep them and accept just 25% refund - or incur the expense to send them back to China as if then they would give me my money back. Lying deceitful thieves. CONSUMER BEWARE! i wouldnt even give them a "1" rating but ZERO was not an option.

Wow. I wish I had read these reviews before I ordered shoes!
The shoes I ordered did not look nearly as nice as ones presented online. Very tacky! Cheap awful pretend leather. They ran at least 2 sizes to small. When I attempted to return and they asked for photos of shoes, I knew I’d be jumping through hoops to return so I put in donation bin.

    shady company.

I wish I would have seen the review as well. I ordered 4 pairs of shoes. None them showed up after 3 weeks. Based on what I have read, I'm guessing they will eventually show up. Only up side is that I disputed on my credit card and was refunded.

I will join the crowd and say to future customers, buyers beware! Do not order from Smithpicks which is, as far as I can tell,

based in China, need I say more? Save your money and buy quality items hopefully made in the USA. I am donating these horribly made shoes to a local charity but in all honesty I should probably just toss them in the trash. I do have myself to blane since I didn't read all the negative reviews nor did I read the return policy which basically says the product has to be defective for Smithpicks to send a replacement. NO RETURNS OR CASH BACK! Anyway, lesson learned.

I canceled my order within two hours of ordering. Two days later I receive a notice that they shipped my items along with an email validating that I canceled with 6 hours but so sorry already shipped. This ensued a daily back and forth with them refusing full refund and urging me to keep the shoes which I have yet to see. This is the email I received today. “We have raised the issue to the billing team and kindly inform you that if you want to have a full refund, please return the item back to our warehouse's address at: Address: No. 892, Xuezhi Road, Lowland Industrial Zone, Xiaoshun Town, Jindong District, Jinhua City, Zhejiang Province, ChinaZip code: 321000

Receiver: Zhu Jixiang +8613335996588 Once we get the item and check it, we will process the refund. Please note that the return shipping fee is at your expense. The charge would be high due to geographical distance, so the returning option is not our first recommendation. Then one solution is that I will try to convince our billing department to offer 15% refund right back to your account. You can keep the product and don't need to send it back to us. I trust that this deal is way much better than losing extremely high return shipping fees, isn't it? We appreciate your contact and look forward to serving you.

    - Customer Support Team -“ On their website they list an address in Cypress. Elsewhere they list a TX address. I suggest staying away from this company.

I got shoes marked as orthopedic. There is no orthopedic support, and the toe case is way to narrow. You only get a partial refund, not cash, just to buy any other of their products. .

DO NOT PURCHASE ANY OF THEIR SHOES. GO ON THE BBB. If I could give a zero I would!! THIS IS A SCAM... the quality is TERRIBLE, they are not orthopedic shoes as stated on their website, and they offered to refund me 20% and give me a 20% coupon. If I shipped it, the estimate would be $600!!!!!! I called UPS and am infuriated. I spent $188.

DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY! They are a scam business. I ordered some “Ugg” household for my daughter for Christmas. What they sent was not Ughs even though they priced them at Ugg prices. The shoes came from China. It took me FOREVER to try and get them returned. They finally gave me info (back to China) and I never received a credit. Lesson learned! I don’t and able to get house shoes for my daughter after I wasted $140 on the shoes and then return fee (of which they said they would pay half along with credit. I hope karma bites them all in the a$$.
