Rating:Purchased a jacket and the money has been taken. I thought it was an in stock item but shows it is still in processing after 5 days. Did not initially receive an order number or receipt of transaction email after purchase. Received an order number after responding to an email to confirm size. Have replied to that email again multiple times and have sent multiple messages to the contact us link on their site. Both me and my wife have tried the same contacts multiple times several days to try to get help with an idea on a delivery date. Not a single response. No phone number to call on the website. No way to cancel the order because no one will respond. I would say the customer service would have to exist to at least be terrible. But it is essentially non existent. Feeling like I'm getting scammed and will end up having to report a fraudulent charge to my credit card company.
