Users have expressed concerns about the website, with many claiming that it is a scam. The company reportedly contacts customers with an offer to pay their bills at a 50% discount, asking for payment only after the bill has been paid. However, after providing temporary credit to the customer's account, they then request immediate payment via methods such as Zelle or cashier's check. Customers who comply and send the money report losing their funds when the temporary credit is later reverted.

One user has shared details of the individuals allegedly involved in the scam, along with their contact information and email addresses. Another user has reported that the scammers have changed their website to, suggesting they may still be active under a new name.

In summary, the general consensus among users is that is a scam, with multiple reports of customers losing money in the process. Users are advised to exercise caution and be wary of unsolicited offers promising to pay bills at a significant discount.

I did some investigative research because these companies have scammed my family out of a TON of money and it appears that Concession Solutions/Elite Utility are actually just proxies of what looks like a family-owned law firm in TX and a restaurant entrepreneur in Dallas named Brandon Hays and they are the ones who are actually masterminding the whole operation.

Robert B. Shields is the registered agent and Brandon Hays is the registered owner of Concession Solutions LLC.

Here's a link to the Shields' website-
Here's more info about Brandon Hays-

These South Asian individuals are just proxies (think of the British guy in Rush Hour 1 actually being Juntao lol)

However, I need a document or agreement that shows SPECIFICALLY the Business ID # for Concession Solutions to definitively nab these characters in this operation. Let me know if anyone can provide one.
