Rating:This is the 13th Day of my order for a Scott's 2-gallon sprayer (About $65 still has NOT Been Shipped and I've received No Answer regarding "Where's my Order?" I will call my Discover Card today to cancel payment.

Rating:I had an order for expensive Derwent Inktense pencils from yeroso that I ordered in July. I attempted to contact them several times. Was the order being processed? Is there a tracking number? Can I get a refund? I heard nothing at all from them. I finally contacted PayPal, since I went through them, and they got me a refund. The day I got the refund, yeroso finally contacted me saying to please wait a minute. So it's now the end of September and I've long had the money refunded- but I get a shipping notice from yeroso saying the product was shipped. No tracking number, no contact information- nothing. I no longer live at that address- so if they did actually ship something- it's lost. I will never attempt to purchase anything from this website or recommend it to anyone.
