Rating:Beware! Scam! Ordered an item, didn’t get it, emailed them and was asked to contact post office with tracking number. The post office could not find it. They resent the item, supposedly and after nearly 3 weeeks later the tracking says the item may be lost in transportation and to contact sender. I stopped right there and contacted my credit card company for a chargeback process. Some credit card companies allow 60 days for you to begin the process and this company was close to that but I did get may request in with 2 days to spare. STAY AWAY!

Rating:Ordered item on 7/28/2022. Did not receive it and contacted company by email several times and was told it would take time to be able to track it. After 6 weeks I still had not received it, I asked for my money back. The response was they would send the item again. After another 6 weeks the tracking showed the item was lost in transit. I again asked for my money back and the response was “how about we give you 70% back”. The company has had the use of my money for over 2 months and now want to negotiate the purchase price. I do not trust this company to give me any refund. So BUYER BEWARE!!!

Rating:Buyer Beware, do not use them.
They duped me for 100 dollars, when I asked for refund they said they would resend product. Tracking was from China.
Later my card was compromised and the next day they emailed me and said they could refund my money to my original card which does not exist because they used it fraudulently or sold it to black market.
They have been reported to many authorities, just a matter of time till they get locked up.

I ordered a trailer dolly 5 months ago & still haven't received it. They say that they're an Ohio company, but from China. Supposedly they sent it from China. I emailed the company 10 times and received limited response that my trailer dolly was on it's way. I put a claim into my credit card company. They wrote the card company stating that they sent a leopard faux fur coat. Not that I would want a leopard faux fur coat, but that wasn't received either.
So the card company said I'm responsible. Now I have to put the item back into dispute with my card company. Be aware...
