Rating:IFC-EXO.. https://www.ifc-exo.com/ after they have approved me some transactions, on the larger transaction they say the site is under maintenance and I can't do withdrow. Until the 20th of August it is under maintenance. it's a nice scam.

Rating:Scammer website. Do not use. (585) 361-1108 is number they use and claim to be Li Xue or Erin. They will allow small transactions back and forth, but will not release larger fund transfers.
